Meet Zviad (Zee)

One point of contact from the first ideas to the final completion.

I’m Zviad Zaqariadze, “Zee” to my clients, an interior remodeling designer and project lead with 10 years of experience helping homeowners turn complicated renovation ideas into an organized, buildable plan. I currently work exclusively with GVD Renovations & Remodeling in Greater Sacramento and the Bay Area.

My background combines NKBA and ADA compliance certifications, a California General B Contractor license, a Master’s Degree in Business, and a Stanford Advanced Project Management Certificate. That combination helps me look at the room, accessibility, construction sequence, and the overall project decision together.
